Supervisory Management Course Overview:

The Supervisory Management course will provide you with the principles and practice in supervisory management. Ideally suited for aspiring managers, junior or supervisory or line managers, this course will provide you with all you require.

The aim of the Supervisory Management course is to enable students to understand and effectively and skilfully carry out the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor. During the course students will acquire a range of supervisory and management skills from team leadership, time management, HR skills to learning to design an operational work-plan.

Upon successful completion of the Supervisory Management course students will be able to demonstrate the confidence needed to deal with a variety of challenging managerial situations. The course has been designed to build the confidence of students by providing a comprehensive toolkit that covers the key aspects of supervisory management which will form a solid foundation for your career.

Supervisory Management Course Aims :
Students should be able to:

• Critically evaluate different approaches to supervision practice.
• Understand operational planning and organisational objectives and policies
• Negotiate a work plan/project with team members
• Demonstrate Organisational skills such as Time Mgmt, Meeting Mgmt & Delegation

Supervisory Management - Course Cost & Duration: The duration of the course is 10 weeks and is held in Dublin city centre once a week. The cost is 950 Euro including assessment fees.
