CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply
CIPS, Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply are the leading body representing the field of purchasing and supply chain management. Established in 1932, they have grown to become the central reference for industry best practice and the CIPS code of conduct is the standard around the world.
In 1992 CIPS were awarded a
Royal Charter in recognition of their status as a centre of excellence and support for the profession.
CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply exists to promote and develop the highest standards amongdt all engaged in the purchasing and supply chain management profession. CIPS assists individuals, organisations and the profession as a whole.
CMI is an approved CIPS quality centre and offer the following CIPS courses throughout Republic of Ireland:
- Graduate Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Course
- Advanced Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Course
- Foundation Diploma in Purchasing & Supply *
* All new students are required to start at the Foundation Diploma level 6 (RoI), before progressing to the Advanced Diploma level 7 and Graduate Diploma level 8 (RoI). Graduates of the Grad Diploma are entitled to MCIPS after their name.
CIPS is an international organisation, based in the UK, serving the purchasing and supply profession. Dedicated to promoting good practice, CIPS provides a wide range of services for the benefit of members and the wider business community.
