How to Book a Course
How do I Book?
1.
Complete all parts of the
Online Booking form in FULL and submit info at bottom of the Book Online webpage. You will then be directed to the payment page if you have chosen Option A or Option C.
2. Payment required to secure the booking
A payment is required to secure the booking. There is the option of the following
OPTION A) Pay 300euro deposit online and chosing that option you will then be required to submit your VISA or Laser Card details online. This is a secured online payment facility offered by REALEX. Once the deposit is received Admissions will process your booking.
OPTION B) Alternative Payment Option - Forward cash, cheque, bank transfer - this option is chosen if you prefer not to pay online. Option C allows you to make arrangements with CMI Accounts to pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Please note your booking will not be processed by Admissions, until a payment has been received to CMI Accounts Choosing Option B can be be a slower process to receiving confirmation of your place.
Prior to starting a course, it is your responsibility to inform CMI accounts office T: 01 4927070 to arrange Cash, Cheques, Bank transfer payment or email - accounts@cmi-ireland.com . If you are getting the course sponsored, a minimum of a deposit is required to secure your place which will be fully refunded after sponsor payment has been received.
OPTION C) Pay in Full Online - chose this option and submit online your visa or laser card details. Your booking will be immediately processed by admissions as a priority. Whatever course you choose on the booking form, the advertised fee will be deducted from your visa or laser.
1.3 Admissions
Your booking will not be put forward for review by Admissions, unless a payment has been received. All course booking information is reviewed against eligibility criteria by Admissions. Admissions will confirm your place, usually within 2- 3 days of booking. You will also receive written notification from admissions within 5 working days of your confirmation on your chosen course. Any applicant not eligible will have their deposit or full payment immediately refunded. CMI reserve the right to refuse an applicant a place if they do do satisfy the eligibility criteria for their chosen course.
3. Admissions

4. All course fees are payable in advance. The deposit is deducted from the overall course fee and the balance of payment is required before or on start date of course.

8. Instalment plans: Instalment plans are offered for unemployed and part-time workers only and must be agreed with accounts office prior to course commencement. Email accounts@cmi-ireland.com to agree payment plan in advance of starting the course.
A. Pay 300 deposit
B. 50% of fee by start date of course.
C. Balance of fee within 8 weeks.
10. Sponsorship: Students must still pay a deposit of 300euro to secure their place irrespective of whether they are being sponsored by an employer or other body. Once payment is received in full for the course by this sponsor, the student will receive a 300euro deposit refund.
11. Cheques, bank drafts to be posted to: CMI Accounts & Admissions Office: Unit14A, Cashel Business Centre, Cashel rd, Dublin 12. Cash payments to be made to same address or on Registration first night of classes.
