About the Course

This course is ideally suited for individuals who  
want to improve their interpersonal skills and  
become more confident in their dealings with
others. Assertiveness is a valuable
communication tool and essential for successful
interaction with colleagues, friends family and
those in your work environment.

The aim of the course is to build your
confidence, so that by the end of the day,
individuals have a sense of having experienced
the skill of assertiveness, which they can apply
