About the Course

The Project Management Advanced Diploma is the only known course of its kind that has double recognition. The course is registered and approved by the world leading, PMI, Project Management Institute (USA) and is accredited also by the ICM, Institute of Commercial Management (UK). Students completing the course will receive an Advanced Diploma in Project from ICM (UK). It is open to people with no experience in Project management.
Unlike standard PM courses from other colleges, this course is the most comprehensive, offering 6 different modules covering various aspects of PM, making sure you have a well rounded view of Project Management.
Course Aims & Objectives
The aim of the Project Management Advanced Diploma course is to help you appreciate project management & its key competencies, understand the importance of the planning process, acquire techniques for estimating durations and project schedules, allocation of resources, cost management & control, risk and response strategies.
This project management advanced diploma course will introduce you to a wide range of project management tools and techniques to help you deal with increasingly complex projects. The Project Management advanced diploma course is awarded by the Institute of Commercial Management and is internationally recognised, by the PMI – Project Management Institute for 72 PDU credits.
Learning Outcomes

Course Eligibility
Individuals with no prior project management experience can apply. This course is open to people from any educational background and with various levels of work experience. If you are anxious about your eligibility, please contact CMI and a representative will be more than happy to assist you in making the right choice.
Course Cost & Duration
The duration of the course is 20 weeks and is held in Dublin city centre . The course costs 1,650euro and exam fees are 300 euro extra. Total cost is 1,950euro.
