About the Course

This intensive one and two day programme is  
designed particularly for those soon to assume  
a management role, for newly appointed
managers or for executives who have been
given more management responsibilities. The
course deals with effective ways to manage
people and provides solutions to people
management issues.
 
The course is ideal for newly appointed
supervisors, managers or team leaders
responsible for managing, leading and
motivating others. Also suited to current
managers who need to refresh their skills.
 
Course Aims & Objectives
The course sets out clear guidelines for effective management by helping participants
develop their own management style, manage information and communication, plan
and manage resources and recruitment. The principles of time management and key
management skill areas will be explored. The programme identifies the roles and
responsibilities of management and provides a comprehensive framework for future
development. Discussion sessions, case studies on management and practical
exercises make this an action packed day.
