This facilities certificate is suited to newcomers with no prior experience who wish to work in facility management and require an entry level qualification.

Aidan began his career in local government and has worked for over 15 years in property & facilities management in the public, private and non-profit sectors. He holds a B.A (Hons) from UCD, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and a Masters in Real Estate Management. He has previously been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Aidan teaches units on the IWFM Facilities Management Diploma at CMI.
Marcus works as a Senior HR Business Partner with Analog Devices Ireland. Marcus has 25 years of industry experience having worked in manufacturing and engineering role before moving to HR. Marcus is a CIPD member and a Chartered Organisational Psychologist of the Psychological Society of Ireland. He holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology. He teaches modules such as Diversity and inclusion on CIPD Diploma programmes with CMI.

Yes IWFM qualifications are recognised by Ofqual on the framework of qualifications in England.
You require a minimum of a level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management to start a career in Facility Management.
You are required to do some research to answer assignments, but there is no exams.
