IOSH Accredited Programme
The level 3 Technical Certificate is accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Students can access IOSH Student Membership for the duration of their studies and successful graduates meet the academic requirements for Associate (AIOSH) or Technical (Tech IOSH) membership of IOSH.
The Technical Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety course enables you to gain an understanding of health and safety practices in a working environment. It provides an insight into how to manage workplace issues and covers the areas you would encounter in a health and safety role. Core modules include:
The Technical Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety is accredited to level 3 (England) which is comparable to level 5 (Republic of Ireland) The Technical Certificate is awarded by OTHM qualifications who are internationally recognised and regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).
Successful Graduates can progress to the IOSH accredited Level 6 Certificate and Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
