    The CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management is an impressive 11 month part time professional HR qualifications designed for those with a keen interest in HR, people management, employee relations and employment law .     Level: The CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (ADPP ) is regulated and recognised by Ofqual (England) to level 5, which is broadly equivalent to level 7 in the Republic of Ireland.

This qualification builds on the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice and is aimed at future expanding your ability to evolve into senior roles within organisations as people professionals.

    Entry criteria: 
    There is an interview by the Admissions officer to confirm your eligibility to study the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. Candidates who have completed the Level 3 Foundation Certificate can directly progress to study the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. There are English language requirements for non-native English speakers ( e.g. IOELTS 5.5 or equivalent)

    How do I book

    Pay a minimum deposit of €300 to secure a place 

    The balance of fees is due before programme commencement and can be paid by clicking here

    Your place on the course is confirmed within 2-3 days of receipt of online booking/payment.

    Online Bookings and payments are subject to CMI Terms & Conditions.

    Sponsorship: Students must still pay a deposit of 300 euro to secure their place irrespective of whether they are being sponsored by an employer or other body. 

    Once payment is received in full for the course by the sponsor, the student will receive a 300euro deposit refund.

Christine Corcoran
Christine Corcoran holds a BA (Hons) in HR Strategy and Practice and an MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology / Behaviour from DCU. She has worked in generalist HR roles for ten years, in Consultancy, Retail, Security and the Food Industry. Her practical experience includes managing international and domestic recruitment drives, managing a broad spectrum of Employee Relations issues, Talent Management, People Development, and Employee Engagement. Christine worked in the Kepak Group as their Learning and Development Manager and was responsible for designing and implementing the L&D Strategy for all eight sites across Ireland. Christine lectures on units on the CIPD Associate Diploma at CMI.

Therese Donovan is MBA and CIPD qualified Human Resource management professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Sustainability, Manufacturing and Not for Profit sector. Manages all aspects of the HR function with particular emphasis on Engagement , Retention, Performance Management and Reward & Recognition. Specialising in Change Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion. Therese teaches on the CIPD Associate Diploma for CMI.
