    Project Management Professional (PMP)® courses

'I really liked this PMP® course as it was delivered part time after work, and wasn't rushed like other intensive PMP® 4-5 day courses, I'm delighted I chose CMI'   Mark Hammond - Read more Reviews

The PMP® Project Management Professional course is designed to help you build a successful career in project management and is one of the most sought after industry qualifications awarded from the PMI® Project Management Institute.

The PMP® or CAPM® Exam preparation course reflects the new PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition Guide.  The new ECO - Exam Content Outline - June 2019 - has been released and becomes effective for PMP® tests from 1 July 2020.

The last day for candidates to take the current version of the PMP® exam is now 30 June 2020. Starting 1 July 2020, the PMP exam will reflect the new exam content.

To progress in project management it is essential that you chose the right course provider, that has significant experience and a track record in helping students deliver the best result, first time, every time.  For over 10 years, CMI® has been recognised as a leading authority in PMP® Project management courses. CMI is recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®   as delivering to the highest standards of project management training through its annual review and ongoing R.E.P. Registered Education Provider status.

A Unique approach, that gets you the result

CMI's unique incremental approach to learning, allows you to apply what you learn each week over a 14 week timeframe.  This PMP®  programme deliberately avoids the intensive 'boot camp' 4-5 day approach which results in higher failure rates, additional repeat costs, poor retention and lack of integrated learning. CMI's incremental approach to learning, ensures you are well prepared to pass the rigorous PMP® test on first attempt.

Your journey to become a professional project manager using PMI® methodology starts and ends with this 4 month course. It is CMI's goal to take you carefully along every step of the PMBOK methodology through to completing the rigorous application and submitting to PMI.  Our course structure and students results speaks for itself.

CMI students enjoy 92% pass rates

The PMBOK® Guide – Sixth Edition and Agile Practice Guide were created to complement each other. Together these two publications are a powerful tool that enable you to acquire the the right approach for the right project. The PMBOK® Guide Sixth Edition embraces agile in all aspects of project management; it has a section in each knowledge area where it elaborates how agile based approaches may tailor the processes discussed in given Knowledge Area and also elaborates agile practices for planning and monitoring.
