What level are you ready for?

  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualifications are ideal for anyone with relatively little experience or newcomers to the profession and are seeking an entry-level or operational role like HR Assistant, L&D Practitioner, or Trainer.
  • CIPD Level 5 Associate qualifications is set at an undergraduate standard, building on your skills and experience and ideal if you have some HR/L&D experience and are seeking a mid-level role like HR/L&D Manager or Advisor.
  • The Advanced level is on par with postgraduate study and is developed for experienced practitioners and strategic HR decision makers like Business Partners.

Very enjoyable cipd hr course and I found the teacher and content and delivery all really excellent.. the is plenty of assignments on this cipd course from dublin , but i was able to relate it to work which helped. I would recommend if you want to develop a career in people management.

I wasnt sure what to expect with doing a cipd online course with CMI but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a really interesting cipd hr course and all the topics covered were relevant to working in this sector. Im really glad I chose CMI as the teachers and Academic staff provided lots of support.
